LITERARY TRANSLATION PROJECT
Work on project Modernity and tradition of European literature started in January 2019, and will be finished in early 2021.
The project includes seven books (novels, drama, poetry). Languages from which books will be translated are: FRENCH, HUNGARIAN, NORWEGIAN, POLAND, DUTCH and CZECH LANGUAGE.

During the first year, books will be published, while the second year of the project will be marked by book promotions and guest appearances in Serbia and region. The books from the project will be presented on Book fairs in Novi Sad, Belgrade, Kragujevac, Herceg Novi, Podgorica, Zagreb and Sarajevo and in many other institutions where Akademska knjiga have had promotions during the years long cooperation. On the promotions, alongside with authors, also literary critics will talk about book. Akademska knjiga has hosted many of its international authors, writers and university professors. The idea is to invite all the live writers whose books we publish as part of a supported project and present them to our readers.
